Jarell Quansah will miss the English team's FIFA World Cup qualifying match against the Latvian side due to injury and the defender – who did not play in England's 3-0 exhibition victory over the Welsh team at Wembley – will head back to his club the Bundesliga club.
The former Liverpool defender has been a mainstay in the team's backline this season but the national squad said no additional squad replacements were planned for the qualification match in Riga on this Tuesday.
